The Property Manager (PM) handles the day-to-day activities surrounding multifamily real estate investment management. The PM is the “face” of the property and is ultimately responsible for the success of the investment through quality customer service, working within a budget, leasing, rent collection, and coordinating the upkeep of the property. The Property Manager is also involved in the decision making for all aspects of operating the asset and will work closely with Facilities Managers and Leadership to maintain AMG’s high level of service to both property owners and tenants.
Assistant Property Manager (APM)
The Assistant Property Manager (APM) works closely with the Property Manager to provide support in his/her duty of handling all facets property accounts through organization and administration of routine tasks as well as “on the fly” coordination of resources.
Leasing Assistant (LA)
The Multifamily Leasing Assistant works closely with multifamily property management teams to maintain superior occupancy rates via prospect and applicant management, administration of marketing and new leases, and development of leasing materials and processes.
Facilities Manager (FM)
A Multifamily Onsite Facilities Manager works to ensure maintenance upkeep for the property. The job includes, but is not limited to, monitoring property conditions, identifying potential repairs and maintenance matters, and communicating with other team members concerning every phase of general maintenance.
Roving Facilities Manager (RFM)
A Multifamily Roving Facilities Manager works to ensure maintenance upkeep for multifamily properties in our portfolio. The job includes, but is not limited to, monitoring property conditions, identifying potential repairs and maintenance matters, and communicating with other team members concerning every phase of general maintenance.
